Our products include Ricotta Games & Trivia on Slack, Ricotta Games and Trivia on Microsoft Teams, Ricotta Games Trivia and Icebreakers on Webex, and Ricotta Todo List on Slack.
This Cancellation and Refund Policy outlines the terms related to subscription cancellations and refunds for all Ricotta products. By subscribing to our services, you agree to the terms mentioned below.
1. Subscription Cancellations
- Monthly Subscription: You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time by contacting us at cheese@ricotta.team. Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle, and no refunds will be issued for the remaining period.
- Annual Subscription: Annual subscriptions cannot be canceled mid-cycle. However, you may choose not to renew for the next year by notifying us before your renewal date. No refunds will be issued for the current billing cycle.
2. Refunds
- No Refund Policy: Ricotta does not provide refunds for partial usage, unused time, or accidental purchases.
- Billing Errors: If you believe you were charged incorrectly, please contact us at cheese@ricotta.team, and we will review your case.
3. Payment Processing
All payments are securely processed through Stripe. Ricotta does not store any payment or card details.
